The amazing Tyler Crook posted this image in support of the “The Chairs’ Hiatus” Kickstarter! Tyler is one of the most incredible artists in the business. Discovering his book Petrograd took my breath away. I’m honored and flattered!
The Kickstarter has been going great! As I write this we’re at $1,968 of $4,600! That’s amazing! I can’t thank you enough for it!
Despite the great start, we’ve got a long way yet to go, and the nature of Kickstarters is going to start fighting against us now. After the first couple days everyone who knew your work has already pledged and things start to slow down to a crawl. It becomes a matter of finding new folks who’ve never seen the comic before.
That’s where I could use your help.
This is the first of several guest posts I’m going to be sharing. They will all have links back to the Kickstarter. If one of them seems cool to you please consider sharing. The more you share the more it helps, and believe me, it helps alot. Truthfully, it’s the only way the Kickstarter will get funded.
